Resources For Parents

Below are resources produced by Let's Talk Mental Health and by the World Health Organisation, both of which provide a range of suggestions and guidance for parenting in challenging and unfamiliar circumstances. At the bottom of the page you will also find details of the YoungMinds parents, a helpline service that is set up specifically to support parents who are struggling with difficulties relating to a young person under the age of 25.

If you would like to download these resources via the original source, please click on the image to be taken to the file online. If you have any issues accessing these resources, please do get in touch via email and we will be able to send you the files directly. Additionally if you have any questions about the resources, or if you want to enquire about other topic areas, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
